    I have the same problem its very annoying, wouldnt want to hold your breath waiting on a reply would ya.

    Regarding this issue, please give more details so that we may analyze it and provide a solution:


    1. We would like to know what BitDefender version you're using;


    2. What operating system you have and if it's working on 32 or 64 bits.


    3. When did you install BitDefender and when did the issue appear?


    4. Did you make any modification lately on your system? Did you install or remove any program or application?


    5. Also, it would be nice to provide a screen-shot in case you receive an error message. (You can use www.sendspace.com)
