    You look for Bitdefender on google,


    Open it, then on the left "rolling menu" on the left side of Contact us, you can choose the region, the language you want... for instance: worldcom english such as the link below


    download bitdefender

    I go to Google.com (it is in English), I keyin bitdefender, I receive screenshot BD be1.


    I select in french one of the last lines on the window ... I have NO other choice..


    I receive screenshot BD be2 with as country France? If I select an other country IE USA English I receive the same window with France ..


    Catch 22 situation ...

    I remember there was a question on this forum concerning updating the licence and paying for it, and the answer was the belgium provider is the one used for Europe (and not a fake server, a phishing one as the customer thought first), so it was logic to have only access to bitdefender.be.


    Anything connected to your problem?

    I have found a "by pass" I select in the international sites "UK English" and I have the page in English.


    But if I select USA English I receive again the page France French ....


    IT as never been an exact science ....

    The default location worldwide for the BitDefender website is: http://www.bitdefender.com/world/ or just http://www.BitDefender.com


    By default, when you open up the website you are redirected to the respectful website according to your country location. You can switch to a different one from the drop-down menu located on the upper right corner of the page, near 'Contact Us'.
