    Never see this bug. I do not know where does it come from. I would shut down the computer (after a quick soft CCleaner cleaning with no registry involvement) wait for a few minutes, restart, launch the update and watch the results. (sometimes we just can't update because BD servers are overcharged)


    It is a visual bug maybe?, nothing more? :huh:


    (Let's not be in hurry to launch a repair/remove operation if we can avoid it. :) ... but it could be useful or necessary maybe)


    By the way, you can use dual boot and update on both systems with no issue?


    It's great.


    I dare not having two systems on the same computer... :rolleyes:


    Restart and check the results.


    And launch a quick scan to check if it is available.

    Please make sure that you remove any other security solutions installed on your computer. Also make sure that you have both Windows Firewall and (if installed) Windows Defender turned off. Last but not least please mention the computer details: Processor, RAM etc. To find out that information right click on the 'My Computer' icon on the Desktop and select Properties.

    How can I suppress this access to Bitdefender.be !!!!!
