Hi how can I retrieve quarantined files since I'm not able to find it.Is it possible to restore them?How can I do that?Thanx

    Hello,


    What BitDefender product are you using and what Operating System ?


    The Default Quarantine folder location is:


    - for Windows XP:


    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BitDefender\Desktop


    - for Windows Vista/7:


    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\BitDefender\Desktop\Quarantine


    You can also open BitDefender, go to the Antivirus tab then to the Quarantine sub-menu. There you can restore the files currently in quarantine.

    I am using internet security 2010 on xp with sp3.My settings were on novice mode that's why I couldn't locate quarantine now I have it.Any way thank you.
