Unable To Reach The Download Page
I am unable to get to page http://www.bitdefender.com/nl/Downloads/ (which should allow me to download the 2010 Internet Security files for a re-install I wish to make). Connection times out.
I can go to http://bitdefender.nexway.nl/ but cannot choose my (Belgium) or any other country site from there.
I can reach "my Bitdefender" page but the link there to download the "Kit" shows the same problem.
Used IE8 and Google Chrome. Both show same problem. All other websites work fine.
Anyone any idea what is keeping me from reaching these Bitdefender site pages???

For Belgium you can visit: http://www.BitDefender.be/ - you can choose Francais or Nederlands as the display language for the website.

Thanks for the information... but this is NOT resolved!
Internet Explorer (and Google Chrome) time out every time I use a link to a Dutch page of Bitdefender. The French pages work well.
I want to download a Dutch version, not a French one as I do not understand the terminology on the French pages or user interface of Bitdefender.
I removed my cookies, temporary Internet files, logged in as another Administrator user... nothing works.
I am on Windows 7 Ultimate and IE 8.0 -

Please provide me with the links you are trying to visit when IE / Chrome times out. I provided you with the download links for the Dutch version of the software in my previous post.0 -
Links to the Dutch Belgian site do not work:
http://www.BitDefender.be/ shows screen with language selection but from there selecting "Nederlands" does not work.
Your direct link http://www.bitdefender.be/?lang=nl does not work either.
Your direct links to files DO work so for the time being I will be able to download what I need, thanks to your other links but I presume that the Belgian Dutch site does not work as expected. I tried it from a completely different computer in a totally different (business) environment and it shows the same pattern.0 -

As I have two more complains on this matter please provide me with the following information:
- are you using a router to connect to the Internet ?
- are you using a proxy ?
- what is your ISP(Internet Service Provider) ?
- do you have a dynamic or static IP address (does your IP change every time you restart the PC) ?
- have you tried to visit the above websites with another browser ? i.e. Mozilla Firefox or Opera

Those questions have the same answer for both locations from where I have tried to connect.0 -
