Bitdefender Still Charged Me Even After Auto-Renewal Been Disabled - Refund Request
Hi there, My Bitdefender subscription auto-renewed even after I already purchased a new subscription, and i make sure to disabled the auto renewal 2 weeks before my subscription expired. I submitted a Bitdefender ticket #2016091412400002 and haven't received any response from the CS team. I want to ask for a refund. Thanks
