Oh yeah and to answer your previous question, I did have Kaspersky 2013 installed previously, but it bugged out with Windows 8. So I decided to try something else.

Hi there Columbo, I managed to fix the problem. It's defiantly a bug somewhere in Bitdefender. I did as you told me and I uninstalled my Sandboxie and Tune-Up Utilities. I rebooted and then did a Repair after that. When the repair was complete, the option appeared to scan files and folders in the right click dropdown.…
