Well finally bit the bullet and uninstalled bitdefender. Causing computer slowdown , mouse cursor anomalies, gui slow to respond . I paid for a licence for no reason other than to have it act worse than the viruses I was trying to prevent. Sad to do it, I even went to the extreme of repaving the system and a clean install…

Hi I have just added those files suggested, as an aside my exclusion browser populates very slowly and indicates that it is not responding intermittently is this a bug or is it unique to my comp.
