  • Hi, I have BDTS 2010 build 13.0.17.343 0n Windows 7 and although I have repeaetedly reinstalled BD using the uninstall tool, BDTS refuses to load and says Services are Unavailable. Here is a link to the BD Trace Log: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ho88tr Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Thank you very much. Your instructions have enabled me to re-install BD TS2010. I wish I had thought to attempt an uninstall in the safe mode. Now I have to hope that whatever was causing BD to exit with a Critical Error has been killed with the fresh install. Thanks once again.
