Hi nterradas, In my case the problem was with Bitdefender. The issue was on their side and not mine. Write to them and hopefully your case will be resolved in around 4 days (as in my case). Hope this helps

Hi Alexandru. Thank you for your interest in my query. I have been in contact with a very helpful rep from BD. The issue happens on all devices. Switch account and other options were investigated.
