Thanks for replying, Scott… Alas, tried ALL of that, literally, and numerous times to boot, with the same result ending at that “blank white page.” Unfortunately, I’m now shopping around for another protection program.
Cont. of previous comment: Also, tried using both Safari & Firefox browsers…still, not happening. Same blank white page. Meanwhile, I’m already charged for the subscription as of today - 07/19/24.
