Help!
I just purchased the Antivrus for Mac earlier today and have since been trying to activate.. when I click to Central, nothing showing but a blank white page! Tried via my Mac & via my iPhone—same thing, no success!

Also, tried using both Safari & Firefox browsers…still, not happening. Same blank white page. Meanwhile, I’m already charged for the subscription as of today - 07/19/24.0 -

Can you get to your central account by typing directly into the address bar: central.bitdefender.com?
I just checked on my end with on a Windows 10 PC with Firefox and Chrome and the webpage loaded normally, including the Sign In screen.
Maybe restart your device, clear your browser cache? I'm not sure how everything is laid out and works on a Mac.

Select, How Tos & Troubleshooting→Troubleshooting and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You will have the the options of Chat, Call or Email. Chat is the quickest way to get thing started, phone support is not toll-free.

Alas, tried ALL of that, literally, and numerous times to boot, with the same result ending at that “blank white page.” Unfortunately, I’m now shopping around for another protection program.

I would recommend to clear cache/cookies as well, and I'm not excluding a temporary issue with Central, although I haven't seen any recent reports of this..
Have you recently checked if it works now? This is rather unusual to happen I must say.
