  • Niels, thank you for your help! I followed your instructions exactly, and everything seems to be working properly now. Did you used a previous BitDefender version? If so did you delete it and rebooted your pc afterwards? I had uninstalled my BDAV v10 using Vista (not the uninstall tool), but did not reboot before…
  • Have you tried calling your credit card company? My card failed to authorize twice while I was trying to pay for BitDefender. My credit card provider thought it might be fraudulent. As soon as I told them it was okay, everything worked fine.
  • it seems you are right. right now ...live update started with some 6 mb updates that keep downloading themselfs on and on. This is what is happening to me, too. I hope BD fixes it on their end, or someone posts here telling us what we need to do, if anything.
