Hi could you try and stop PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB from starting as a service? If you don't know how to do it, please let me know. Cris, I should have stated that I built the machine myself which would have simplified everything. I know I didn't load any anti virus stuff on it. Anyway here's the Highjackthis log.
