I have theory, it has to do with how SSL protocols work. The change of time into the past for 1 hour on Sunday, might be responsible for this.

Tried the fix, did not work cuz the problem is NOT USER SIDE. The problem comes from Microsoft Network Error Logging, that sends requests for status of network connections from the browsers of users. And as the browser sends the info back, Bitdefender checks the certificate status, and stops the transmission.

Additional information: It's seems to happen more often when using a web page from the Google domains or Microsoft domains. And happens less when using private domains.

Chat support took charge of the problem... will let know if there is a solution for future users who has a similar problem. Wow, well that's just interesting... the support tool hanged! And tried it 3 times. Attempting reinstall. Ok issue solved... error during Bitdefender update patch... Reinstalling from scratch resolves…
