A new season started days ago and I am proud to see the Bitdefender logo on the Ferrari car and on the clothes that the drivers and their team wear. I will be rooting for the Ferrari drivers this season, even though I like Verstappen a lot. The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix is coming, forza Ferrari, let's go Bitdefender 💪🏻

Too bad, I didn't have time to appear in this ranking this month 🥹 After some time away, I am trying to get back. My problem is that I am a developer and student, so sometimes I don't have time to enter the community, but now I am slowly getting back 😙

Hello, Please contact support. Only they have access to your data and can help you solve the problem. Regards.

The interesting thing is that sometimes I wonder if it is something related to Bitdefender or to Windows 11 itself, since this problem only occurs on Windows 11 (I never had this problem with Windows 10 for example). But, on the other hand, Bitdefender is the only AV that I observed with this problem in Windows 11. It…

Hi @art3mis, I use this product (the paid version) to make my backups. Here Bitdefender did not detect it as malware (even because it is not) and the program is working normally in its latest version. When this happens, you have two options: 1 - Add the program (executable or the whole folder) to the AV exclusion list 2 -…

Good comment @Scott, it's always good to know how AV works under the covers and even to understand how its mechanism works. Knowledge is never too much 😉

This is a very strange problem indeed. I notice that it occurs randomly. I have formatted and reinstalled the system several times, and each time, sometimes this problem occurs, sometimes it does not. Some steps mentioned by @Gjoksi I have also done, such as repairing Bitdefender or uninstalling and re-installing the AV…

Does anyone still have this problem? OBS: I noticed that it's something random in new installations, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.

That's very interesting to hear. Thanks for the information @Alexandru_BD and @flee 🙂

Hi, Mikrotik is a brand of router appliances, and they are great products. I even use it in my home. If you don't trust this network just don't connect to it and even if you are connected to it Bitdefender will protect you through the network firewall included in its product. Stay safe

Hello, Interesting I didn't know that. Thanks for the tips @Flexx 🙂

Hello, I want to know when you are coming to Brazil 🇧🇷 @Alexandru_BD 😄🙃
-
Hello, Some small tips are: - Be wary of very tempting promotions - Always buy from trusted sites (already well known, like the official Bitdefender store) - Keep your Bitdefender updated because through web browsing and other modules you can protect yourself from the famous phishing sites that want to steal your personal…

Hello, @DocHollis Please see this thread, it is similar to your problem. @Alexandru_BD Would it be possible to group similar topics into a single topic? The reason I cite this is that there are many similar threads on the same subject, and this ends up causing some confusion, even for new members. Stay safe, Guilherme

@Gjoksi Hahaha, that was funny! 😆 Exactly, just wait that soon I will receive this new update. Take care my friend
-
I still haven't received this update 😢 OBS: I know that I must wait because the updates are partially delivered.

Hi @serban83, I have a configuration very similar to yours, but in my case it is as follows: - i7 9th generation - 32 GB of RAM - SSD 240 GB Take a look at this thread, maybe it can help you with performance. Believe me, after doing this, it has VERY improved BD performance on my machine. NOTE: It is not advisable for you…

It's a great pleasure to help the community 🙂

Hello everybody, Just reporting my experience on this topic: I never had a problem with web browsing using Bitdefender, on the contrary, of all the AV's on the market it is the one that has the best web browsing in terms of speed and security. Follow @Alexandru_BD guidelines, your problem will surely be solved 🙂 Take care

Hi @Gjoksi, When performing an occasional Google search I came across it working, see: So, nothing more needed to be done 😉 @Alexandru_BD I apologize for quoting you in this thread, but at the time I did, it wasn't working. Thank you all!

Maybe @Alexandru_BD, knows something we don't know because there may be other users with the same problem.

Hello, From my point of view, I believe that it is no longer a question of whether you want it or not. It is something really necessary nowadays, especially in a world so connected to the internet. Safety is never too much 🙂
