Congratulations to all defenders 😁

Normally, this happens because updates are delivered gradually to customers :)

Hi @Guom, If you have purchased Bitdefender Mobile Security and you think your device is behaving strangely, I recommend that you have your device analyzed by Bitdefender Mobile Security. Regards, Guilherme
-
Hi @Lois, Do you get any error messages? If so, where? Could you post a picture of the problem? What operating system are you using and what version? Please provide more details. Regards, Guilherme
-
Hi @bclair, Please see this link
-
@Alexandru_BD I'll send you a private message :) I ask you to see what I'm going to send you... I think I'll try to do that with BD
-
Hello @LWBIII and @Camma! Please see this thread: If the pop-ups are indeed from Safepay, then this could be a small glitch and I would recommend applying the repair procedure available at the link below: Regards, Guilherme
-
Okay, no problem :) do it in your own time
-
Well, I just wanted to give you a tip here...
-
Just out of curiosity, Bitdefender works perfectly in the Opera browser if you install the Bitdefender TrafficLight extension 😙(according to my tests) If anyone wants to use Opera with Bitdefender, this information will be relevant 😄
-
@Alexandru_BD always helping people, this great hero of the Bitdefender community is impressive 😄🛡️🏆🥇you're a great guy The user called "John Doe" I believe is Bitdefender's most famous customer 😆
-
Hello, everyone, I think I know a process that can make Bitdefender update itself as soon as the system starts automatically... Well, unfortunately I can't comment here... but @Scott knows what I'm talking about 😙 (I posted something similar in another community) I just need some time to get organized, format my system and…

@Alexandru_BD Hahaha that would be interesting 🤔😆

@Webbster ok no problem 🙂 your feedback is welcome and expected. Regards, Guilherme

@Alexandru_BD, @Scott, @Flexx and @Gjoksi Here it is What do you think? I hope it's useful to someone 😙 Regards, Guilherme
-
If you allow, I'll create a thread to record this. I believe it is useful for different situations 😉
-
@Gjoksi haha that's good my friend, feel free to play with me there's no problem 😄 @Scott thank you for all the support you have given me, I am very grateful for that 👏 Please @Webbster, take a look at this thread, I believe it will help with the problem you are suffering from → Regards, Guilherme
-
@Gjoksi Sorry for my mistake (I didn't know about this rule). Simple, I wanted to complement your post and offer another help option. @Alexandru_BD Please don't be mad at me 😭
-
Of course, I'm glad you think so 😄your words are my words There's no reason to complicate something that could be simple 😉 if it doesn't work, then yes, let's move on to other, more robust solutions :)
-
Just a complement to what @Gjoksi and @Alexandru_BD mentioned. A program that can help you in this case is [*url removed by @Flexx*] Simply download and scan. There's no need to install the software on your device, rest assured. Regards, Guilherme
-
I certainly think so too 🙂 I'd love to see this simple feature implemented
-
@Gjoksi No problem my friend 🙂 It was just a recommendation. Feel free to use whatever works best for you in your specific scenario. The important thing is: stay safe 🛡️ I wish you all the best 😉 you've always been very helpful and welcoming to me here in the community. Regards, Guilherme

haha the confusion can sometimes be due to the translation from English to Portuguese, but no matter, I'm sure you're a great person 😙 If you're Andy Ful → Microsoft Lover If you're oldschool → Brave Browser lover Thanks for the answer about Glary Utilities here haha 😆
-
I confess I got a little confused: are you Andy Ful or oldschool 🤔? Either way, a great person 😉 I would never have imagined that you would be a moderator here in the Bitdefender community, that's very cool 😄
-
Paranoid for those who are sometimes paranoid about security, like me @Alexandru_BD 😅
-
I was even going to ask you @Scott which user you were in the community. It's funny because in another community I had the impression that you were a "Microsoft Lover", but the community here is literally changing my perception, it even seems like another person haha 😆 It's nice to know that this young guy with his hair…

Hello @Alexandru_BD, We still have to wait 1 hour after the device has started for the update to take place. Why not create a function so that when the system starts or when an internet connection is detected it is updated automatically? I believe that for the development staff this should be something simple to develop 🙂…
-
@Gjoksi Just a tip: instead of using Glary Utilities, you can use VeraCrypt, a free and excellent encryption program. I use it to encrypt my KeePass password vault 🙂 I create a container file (vault) and inside the file I put the KeePass password vault, which in itself is already encrypted, so if someone manages to get the…

I understand what @spaceweasel meant by the topic and I'll briefly explain my experience. I used ESET for 3 years uninterrupted and one of the best experiences I had with the product was that when I started the computer (either by shutting down/hibernating or suspending) ESET would update itself. This is fantastic as it…
