My phone has changed, gets hot, apps disappear, can't log into email, google, Chrome. URL look different. I have 100 new apps. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Why do I have shell app, 5 android system apps, qual.comm.shared etcusps tracking .etc..etc. Help needed issue got solved
