Firebase platform and qual.comm apps everywhere?

My phone has changed, gets hot, apps disappear, can't log into email, google, Chrome. URL look different. I have 100 new apps. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Why do I have shell app, 5 android system apps, qual.comm.shared etc

    Totally new to using the Bitdefender community. I don’t see anyone else replying here. How was your issue solved? I just came across Firebase. What is Firebase firebase app, and why does it say “Google Trust Service”?
