  • You need to uninstall Bitdefender, reboot, and then install it from scratch using the latest installer. This solved the problem for me.
  • I have just installed the Windows 8.1 release. Bitdefender does NOT work! I don't know if this is you or Microsoft (although I would be willing to be on Microsoft). When can we expect this issue to be resolved? I had the same problem, updated to 8.1 and Bitdefender Total Security 2013 was not working properly. I downloaded…
  • Thank you Christian :-) It is working now, I'm very pleased with this! However, it did not work without some changes to the settings, this is what I had to do to get it working: * remove all firewall applications rules related to Windows Home Server applications * add & allow all ip adresses used on my network at the…
  • Hello I have escalated your request. We will do our best to implement this for multiple monitors. Have a great weekend! That is good to know, thank you, would be very nice if this is possible to put in one of the future upgrades/patches :-)
  • Think I solved this problem. It seems attribute/rights related. I solved it by deleting the Spam directory which Bitdefender created. Then I created my own Spam folder in the Archive and moved this one to the deleted folder. When you mark a message 'Is Spam' it will now be moved to the Spam folder :-)
  • I think its more and more looking like a Bitdefender 2013 bug. I just installed Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 evaluation version, and this version has no problems at all with the Launchpad and Lights-Out application. You might want to add this to your buglist, would sure like this one to be resolved soon :-)
  • Hi Jaoasun Just curious, if you set it on Windows default screen, the one with the taskbar, does it stay where you put it there? Or is your right screen your "Windows " screen. Hello Columbo, I got a 3 screen setup, with the main screen being the center one. The taskbar is on the left screen, and the right screen I use for…
  • Have uninstalled BitDefender and WHS 2011 Launchpad and Lights-Out work without a hitch. Have uninstalled the WHS 2011 connector software and Lights-out app next. Reinstalled BitDefender and reinstalled the WHS 2011 connector software. I still can access the WHS 2011 server using the dashboard and remote desktop. Using…
  • I have the same problem, although i can login to the dashboard and with remote desktop. The Launchpad does not log in, and Lights-Out is not working as well... Im using the (latest) version 16.18.0.1406. Have tried to solve it turning off the firewall, but it made no difference. All was working fine earlier today with…
