  • Hi, Still no sign of any of these suspect files being downloaded. Hope a virus reasearchers call by soon. I spoke to Live support on Sunday and told they would be downloaded and sent to the lab but does not look like this has happened.
  • Memscan indicates that the infected item was found in memory, this means that the file is executing in memory (or is loaded in memory, in case of libraries). Deepscan indicates that the file was found infected after a deep scan. Ok thanks for the information. Best wishes Jlo

  • no, thats incorrect. the spam bar is there, it just loads up slowly. Yes I was on Live support last night as well and told the same thing. The antispam bar does work with windows mail but somtimes its slow and a couple of times it has not appeared at all. I have put in a support ticket about this. Cheers Jlo
  • Hello Jlo There is no real difference. If you wanted that it will examined very quick I would recommend use the quarantaine option or mail because the virus researchers aren't always active on this forum. You can still send new infections also to virus_submission@bitdefender.com or support@bitdefender.com so that could be also the reason why it's already being detected.
