Daniel, I've decided to uninstall Bit Defende for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I can't get the thing running properly and secondly, it is using up a huge about of RAM which is causing me all sorts of problems. So it's gone... thanks for your help anyway.

Good morning, Daniel... OK, I get as far as instruction #5, but I don't get a progress bar up. All I get is a form to fill in with email address, type of problem, which department and so on. What am I doing wrong? Cheers, John
