I have this bug for a week now.In my house i have 3 pc with bitdefender,on 2 update bitdefender 27.0.40.169 to 27.0.40.173 work it,on my 3 pc its stuck at 84% or bitdefender is snooze.Try it all solution,delete registre,temp,uninstall tool from bitdefender,another copy of win 11 ,flush dns,sfc scannow etc…….
