I tried that. Booted up in Safe mode and run the 2013 Uninstall tool and then the 2012 uninstall tool. That made no difference. can anyone help me?????? Besides adding the zone, did you change the settings from Manager Adapters ?, Stealth mode off and Generic to yes ? If that doesn't help try turning off the firewall completly, to see if the issue the exact issue of the firewall is to blame or not
