Hey Alex The same problem was happening to me, I used ccleaner free version to locate any residue of previous bit defender version and found bitdefender agent remained even after unistallation. I uninstalled that agent and cleaned registry with ccleaner and tried again with fresh installation, and it suceeded. Hope this…
