I managed to fix the problem by simply reinstalling Kaspersky again. This time I've used the Kaspersky Uninstall Tool to completely uninstall it. Before I used the Windows uninstall program. I made the mistake of uninstalling Bit Defender and reinstalling it, and now I can't install it because the software detects something that isn't there!
