Well no one seems to have this problem but me. I continued my search for the answer and here is what I found. I tried putting all my settings to permissive with no improvement. Then I unchecked the Load BD at windows start up and rebooted. The bdagent.exe process was still running but it was bouncing around between 0 and 5…
