I emailed support about the nagware popups and their solution was to turn off profiles. Genius! Reminds me of the saying 'Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.'

Hi Stefan, Sorry for late reply. Scans are now scanning everything. I used to have a lot of smaller drives and now consolidated onto one big drive. No problems ever since. Thanks.
