  • Hi Ro, thanks very much for replying and the information you provided. When I contacted Bitdefender it was via the Widget on the desktop. It asked to take a scan of my system so it could upload all the relevant information to the support team. The scan took over 30 mins each time. Then I was aksed to input what the problem…
