Thanks, but I came here to get help because the engineers on the ticket I opened were unresponsive. I've solved my issue. I renamed the remnant installation folder, booted in safe mode to clean out additional fragments that did not uninstall correctly, and have reinstalled the product for the remainder of my subscription…

The uninstall tool also fails with an error. I need the manual process at this point to strip everything out.
