What version of Windows are you running? BD10 will not work for Vista SP1. If that's what you have, you'll definitely need to upgrade to BD11. If you're on XP, then it's a toss-up. Interesting, I didn't get a chance to look for new drivers for the two computers showing this problem. I did load Vista SP1 and BD 2008 onto a notebook and didn't have the problem. That's very odd.
