  • Sorry, I missed your reply. As you have attempted to install Bitdefender you should also run the Bitdefender uninstall tool before trying again. It clears everything including most of the registry entries and you may have a corrupted file in there. Although it is not stated I find the uninstall best in Windows safe mode.…
