I made few test. I noticed that today update was working and that downloaded update. But if I try right after then I got this update fail/update encountered error message. Seems that when an update is unavailable then program show this error message. Bitdefender should fix this.

Also a memory dump should have been created. So in these logs I should found this what cause error and \\harddrivex location?
