You Can Also Test Your AV Using Trojan Simulator Software Which Actually Behaves Like A Trojan But Actually It Is Harmless.BD At It's Default Settings Doesn't Detects This But At Aggressive Settings It Detects It.Some AV Still Doesn't Detects It.

I Also Have The Same Problem So I Manually Update BD & During & After Each Update ie From Downloading Till Installing Updates I Do Not Do Anything On PC (Not Even A Single Mouse Click) So This Works For Me & There Is No Problems For Few Months.

Open BD In Advanced Mode, Click Anti virus (Which Is To The Left), Click Virus Scan Tab, Click The Icon Which Is To The Left Of Full System Scan, Click Scheduler Tab & Check That The Scheduling Is Set To No.Do This For Other Types Of Scan Also.

You Don't Have To Perform Special Steps To Uninstall Your License.Just Install BD In Your New Laptop As You Did With Your Older One.
