Hi Gjoksi, Thanks for your quick response. Well, I already submitted the ticket 2 month ago, but the support guy didn't help this out. The guy just said "uninstall and reinstall". but I did this several times, but it didn't help at all. Also, I asked that guy that "try to reproduce the issue on Windows11 OS and let me know…
