Download the uninstall Tool and run as administrator, http://www.bitdefender.com/site/view/uninstall_consumer_trial.html it will remove all traces of the Bitdefender from your PC registry, then restart the computer. After restart run the BIS 2017 installation on the link that passed, that will surely work. Good luck!
