  • Quick update, I re-install BDIS 2009 (it took some effort to get it back installed) and did not run CCleaner. So far so good. It is working fine, services are good and CPU usage is the normal percentage. Thanks @adkr
  • @adkr I am using CCleaner myself. Would it be affecting my PC as well? I'll reinstall Bitdefender IS 2009 (I uninstall it) and see how it goes. Thanks for letting us know. What cleaner are you planning to use?
  • I want to add my name to the list of disappointed costumers, It is not only the services not responding but at the same time they lock the CPU usage at 100%, I sadly read this problem has been going on for days and no clue or resolution has been provided yet. I wonder if should I ask for a refund and switch to Norton?
