What do you recommend for people that cd drives do not work any longer? how can i repair windows... AND PLEASE TELL ME why i have not received my support ticket email confirmation for march 20th (cbeaulac@cogeco.ca) ALSO if i repair windows whats keeping BD from doing the same update again/ deleting everything???

What? VSSERV.EXE unavailable When? When im watching streaming video, Downloading files via MIRC, ITUNES. OR at bootup. how to fix it? i have no clue it happends to often and needs to be fixed. Windows vista home premium 64bit

This is sad, i put 2 tickets for support an no reply yet, i have the issue for VISTA and 7 it just turns Grey after a while.

When i right click on the bit defender icon then choose Turn game mode on nothing happens. the first 2 weeks it worked fine but now i have to open bit defender and turn game mode via interface, switch anti virus to permissive, and switch firewall to allow all... i do not want to reinstall it again, i have tried in the past…
