Thanks for the suggestions. No luck. I tried the stand-alone Traffic Light Chrome extension and the search analyzer for search results does not work, either, but works in Firefox. This is the 2nd time on two separate systems I've had Chrome issues with BD. Kind of discouraged. 

Same issue with Firefox. The TrafficLight extension (version 0.2.23) does not give Google search engine result ratings in Firefox, but works in Bing. So has to be some sort of a compatibility issue with Google. Still can't believe no one else has reported this.
