Case closed!!!! I went out and spent $90 on a new video card.... Unsure WHAT BD did (or to be fair if it was even BD) but Installing a new videocard solved this problem.... Hope this helps SOMEONE!

So I tried downloading the NEWEST drivers from intel's website... same problem. I tried the older version of the drivers... same problem! Im ready to take a hammer to this thing!!!!
