Hello, After removing the previous BD AVs with the uninstall tool did you go to your Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features and remove the Bitdefender Agent? If not do it all again and also remove the BD Agent as I think that is being detected as having active AVs and preventing more from being added. Ro. thank you…
