[submitted to PD] 3/3 Devices, But No Devices.
hi there,i recently restored my pcs at home,had some difficulties with em,never mind,i removed bit def total using BD Uninstall tool,then i removed my devices from bit's central,and at last i restored my pcs one by one i used the same procedure,at first the devices count were dropping and everythin was goin smoothly,but all of a sudden this happened :
i have 3/3 devices with no devices under it or in my devices tab,and apparently "Limit's Reached" and i am BD LESS!!!
i've been searchin everywhere for this but no clues anywhere,i even opened a ticket for it but i cant view it myself dunno why!
Need help guys,this is not fair!! i have 630 days on this subscription and some magical devices are usin it !!

Hello,
After removing the previous BD AVs with the uninstall tool did you go to your Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features and remove the Bitdefender Agent? If not do it all again and also remove the BD Agent as I think that is being detected as having active AVs and preventing more from being added.

yes agent is gone from the list of my programs in control panel,i was gone even then,any suggestion?0 -
OK, there is a limit we can suggest here on the forums so you will have to wait for Bitdefender to get in touch. At the moment the Bitdefender Support Center is not active so you will not be able to view your tickets.
Having re-installed you do have BD Agent in your Windows Control Panel, and is your BD AV showing on your computer as active - or not?0 -

yes i have BD agent in my control panel and no its not active unfortunately,it says limits reached buy new devices or go to bit central,and when i log in to my central account ,there's no devices in there and my subscription says its 3/3,just like the screenshots i sent here,even though i have not installed BDTS on any of my devices!

I have this same problem! I installed onto vm's and now they are gone I can't uninstall or do anything!
I've removed from devices, but 3/3 can't use my licenses!

If u buy and add another license same as the one that u had it will add to your former license and u cant use it ,nothing will change,so contact bd support for reseting your device counts and everything will go back to normal,so pls do this,

I installed onto vm's and now they are gone I can't get back the licenses!
I didn't know about all the stuff I had to do to get it back working before deleting the vms.
I can see other people had the same issue and could get BD to reset the count, why is this such a PITA??
I hd to buy more licenses now, and if I want to change back to this one (if i ever can) do i have to fully uninstall everthing bitdefender and then reinstall? or should i just be able to use the switch account function?

If you want to use another license/subscription you will have to set up a new Bitdefender Central account and install them there.

Are you saying that Bitdefender Central only allows 1 subscription per account?!?! That is insane!
On the Bitdefender website there is a screenshot showing a Bitdefender Central account that has 3 subscriptions listed. Each subscription is for a different product. But what about having multiple subscriptions for the same product? If Bitdefender Central cannot do that, I reiterate my comment that Central was never tested properly.
I purchased 4 3-PC licenses for Antivirus Plus 2016, but only one shows up in Central. Now I understand why tech support has been asking me if I want to combine my licenses. That question appears to confirm that a single Central account can't have multiple subscriptions for the same product. Didn't Bitdefender Central's developers develop their code recognizing that some customers buy multiple licenses for the same product?
Given this limitation of Central, and since Central apparently doesn't do it automatically (which it should), the customer should have the ability, after buying an additional license, to increase the count of devices for his subscription. Tech support doesn't appear to be able to do this since I have been waiting for 4 days for this simple fix. " />0 -
