That is one of the numerous reasons I don't use IE. IE opens a new process for each tab. the "loop"is back... another "never ending update session" the problem is that now it will take another three days before we answer us. This slowness in responding is worse than the problem itself.

I'm glad i didn't install my 2013 copy yet. I'm returning mine NOW for a refund. I don't think it's a good software. the software it's not good.it's EXCELLENT. the only thing that needs to be improved is the customer service.needs to be operative 24h a day.
