  • Bought this software to replace Kaspersky as it seemed to come out with higher scores. Download said I was not connected to internet. Was then given uninstall instructions and links to re-install. Re-install links did not work - error in files. Despite several urgent messages to their support I have not had any solution…
  • Just purchased and downloaded Bit Defender 2014 and am getting the same message as others had for 2013 version. WHY?? Is there somewhere I can re-download the 2014 version? Making the switch from Kaspersky this is not a great start - I urgently need to get this installed as I had to remove Kaspersky first.
