Thanks for the prompt reply. When I attempted to access the bank's login site, BD blocked it, showing a completely different URL than that of the bank. As I said in the question, going through the VPN allowed me access. I just tried the same web site again without VPN, and had no problem accessing the site. Strange! Thanks…
