  • This is a little confusing. Are you running on the default Administrator account, or you have another account, with your name (which is also an Administrator)? I'm asking this, because I'm also having only one account (besides the default Administrator account), password protected, and I'm not getting that message. If you…
  • Hello jaamc, First of all, I'm sorry about this delay. But, I don't know if you know: this is only a user forum. None of the BitDefender Evangelists (Moderators) work for BitDefender. We are doing this because we want to. For this reason, there is no other support person (as you said in your e-mail). Anyone who knows the…

  • OK...I have never seen that pop-up, but I have some suspicions about what's causing it. Are you, by any chance, running under a Limited Account in Windows? Cris. I have never heard of a limited account.I have 2 computers here at my home.My son who lives in another state purchased bitdefender also and is having exactly the…

To make a screenshot, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (it's located somewhere in the upper-right side of the keyboard),…
  • Hello jaamc, About what password are you talking about? The only password I could find in the Backup module was the one related to Backup Encryption, which is really not related to any of your Windows or BitDefender passwords. Could you post a screenshot about the password that you can't set? (you don't have to tell us you…
