I know this may not…
  • The one way to do this if you need the information from the drive is , unplug the drive that has vista use a different drive install vista on it ,then plug the other vista drive in as slave and copy what ever information you need from it
  • Hi well after windows runs a major error like that you can try different fixes but they never seem to work fully .You can never say its fully fixed as performance will suffer. Common sence tells us if they where going to be fixed one of the Forum people would have said so since i have not received a reply I will take it that no fixes are planned for the problems I and others have been having. So i shall move on and try a diffrent product , ty…

  • For all People that forget passwords a good idea is to only use 3 diffrent ones for everything. This way if you forget you only have 3 to try.
  • Bitdefender Does NOT support win 7, Any problems you have with win 7 and bitdefender are your own figure it out, but i can tell you it does not work on win 7. If you want to keep useing bitdefender on win 7 put up with the errors ,and it not working simple.
  • Hi any chance of getting the file activity and network activity windows fixed in the main program as there are blank and show nothing. Its nice to see that a error reported months ago finally is acknowledged with the Activity graph and also full screen detection. I have taken enough bull from customers about these…
  • And just maybe you can tell us all, what that means as it makes no sence @ all.
  • Well for win 7 to use home group correctly it needs a gateway and dns put on the eithernet card . I would remove anything u did in bitdefender assign a ip to each system with the dns and gateway and allow thise ip's in bitdefender and thats it. With out dns and gateway Win 7 will indentify it as a unknown network and set…

  • Hi Invalid_key_queen i think you are going to do yourself mental damage with all this hehe . • Hi as u have not said anything about what type of pc u have or the errors I would not expect any help. Yes new antivirus programs today scan web pages and your email before u open them so on older pc's this may slow them down a bit but you are protected also a slower internet connection will slow the process down. As i say…
  • Hi open bitdefender ,choose firewall then rules advanced rulles and choose what access you want the program to have if not in the list click the + button near the top to add it then once added, choose all under network events and allow.
  • I would ask your network admin but im sure he does not want you installing programs on his network. It is never good to run more than one antivirus at a time as they conflict.
  • I can see some want this exit button thing and i see no problem with it but for what reasons. Games, cant be u add them to the exclusion list they are not scanned, any program can be added to that list, or file extension . • Well to figure out what a program uses it needs to be traced as ms has stopped alot of exe files and they now start the dll's through svchost. You may have 4 or 5 instances of svchost running on your pc each runs dll's for programs. Dont by any means think that the couple of exe's running for any program is all the power…
