When did you run the patch (how much time ago?) and what BitDefender product are you using? The remaining files are most likely no longer required. Test if your system is working fine (for a few hours); if everything seems O.K. you can remove the Quarantine items. Ran the released patch from…

Bit Defender team, Ran the patch. Computer working fine. However, quarentine still indicates thousands of files. Are these duplicates and should I just ignore them? Thanks and kudos for you're patience with all of our rants over the past 2 days.

BUMP many are having this issue... BD we need a response My computer is working fine now with files still in quarantine that I can't get out. Do we need to even bother or leave it as it is?

When I try to restore the files I get told there is already a file with that name that exists, do I want to overwrite it. I say yes and then get: FAILED TO FIND THE SPECIFIC PATH. PLEASE REVIEW THE PREVIOUS OPERATION AND TRY AGAIN. C:\Windows\System32\en-US\ So, now what do I do?

So should I try to restore the quarantined files or just leave them there?

Hopefully this won't get lost in the shuffle......what should I do about quarantined files if my computer is now fine and working well with no problems....just a boatload of files still in quarantine.

Hi everybody. Quick question here. My laptop was the first in our house to be hit. I had the whole Trojan stuff and all sorts of files were quarantined.
