So i have bitdefender 2009 and i haven't been able to scan my pc for malware 1 month, i click on fix the scan starts and then after 1 our it blocks and the whole screen becomes blue and it says: A problem has occured... and shuts down... so how can i fix it if it shuts down every time..i don't know why thanks for helping
