  • Resolved, Using Internet Explorer 7 instead of FireFox resolved my problem. Still curious what can cause an error like this. A whole company WAN connection disconnecting because of one guy browsing a website with FireFox..... omg omg......
  • Resolved, The support guy gave me a link to a un-install utility that removes all remaining registry settings. After using it to un-install BD and re-installing afterwards the password was gone.
  • Un-Installing BD IS 2008 does not remove the password from the BD options. If someone has administrative rights to uninstall an application then the "security" of a options-password is useless anyways. On top of that an administrator who has lost the password is quite in a pinch too because uninstalling won't fix his legit…
